For sale my Harman Kardon HD970 Limited edition CD Player & High End DAC.
This CD player has been upgraded with Nichicon FW and Panasonic power supply capacitors and power transformer copper shielding.
I can provide photos of the upgrades upon request as only 12 photos can be uploaded to the listing.
The Harman Kardon HD970 is not only a high quality CD player, this CD player can be used as a DAC using it’s built in, one of the best Analog devices DAC chips, the AD1955.
It has selectable digital inputs (1 coaxial and 1 optical) so you can connect any digital source to it and benefit the built in digital to analog high quality conversion with discrete class A output stage.
The Digital inputs can be selected only from the remote controller!
It’s power cable has been shortened to approximately 40cm, I can extend it if it’s too short for you, send me a message if you need me to extend it.
Originally the CD drawer is in a silver color, I’ve placed a black sticker on it so it will match the CD player’s general black color, I think it looks better like that, the black sticker can be removed.
