Quad II volatge selector plug up screws, to cover up the live parts of the voltage selector on the back of the Quad amp. This reduces the risk of electric shock, particularly if the amplifiers are on show/display. The kit contains 4 plastic screws of correct thread - which fit snuggly into the unused holes in the selector. The photo shows the screws in situ.
