More Information about Kora Explorer 90si, tube/ mosfet hi-fi amplifier
Selling my phenomenal Kora Explorer 90si hybrid amplifier; tube pre-amp, mosfet power amp, with 60W per channel.
I have owned it for less than a year, and sell it with regret, but no amp sounds at its best at less than 10% of its potential output, and it was a silly purchase really for a flat-dweller - on the two occasions I have been alone in my wing of the flats and have had opportunity to crank it up, it shakes the building....
The original price in the UK seems to have been around £850. This is in excellent condition and in its original box, and I'm asking for a fraction of that price. You'll find a couple of appreciative reviews online, on positive-feedback, audioasylum and elsewhere.
Sorry for using someone else's picture - I don't seem to have a functional camera at the moment - but it's in good cosmetic condition and of course you can hear it (albeit at pitiful volumes) in a system, when you come to try it out.
